Nia is a sensory-based fitness and lifestyle practice that leads to health and wellness. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music and can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.
Nia is a blend of eastern and western movements, concepts, and philosophies based on a combination of classic movement forms from Martial Arts, Dance Arts, and the Healing arts (including Yoga).
